With the growing number of digital care solutions conformant with PRSB standards, we are making a huge step forward in accelerating data quality improvements and integrating digital health and care records. By the end of March 2025, it is likely that 21 social care solutions will achieve conformance with PRSB standards, meaning that hundreds of thousands of ‘About Me’ profiles could be created.

Health and care providers using the solutions offered by Tagtronics, Storii Care and SOS Care Management Systems can now co-create personalised, digital care plans with service users, empowering their care experience and supporting them in self-management. The three PRSB Quality Partners have just achieved conformance with ‘About Me’ and the Personalised Care and Support Plan Standards.
